Our chalet, Le Mouflon, is located in a quiet location (streetmap) in the vieux village, within 5 minutes of the village centre with its lively shops, bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes from the slopes. The ski bus stops just outside and runs every 15 minutes throughout the day. La Rosiere is easily reached from either Geneva, Lyon or Chambery airports, we offer a free transfer service to and from Geneva on Sundays, our transfer day. If you're driving La Rosiere is 600 miles from Calais with the Autoroute (French motorways) reaching to Albertville, 60 kms away. You can always let the train take the strain with Eurostar services direct to Bourg St Maurice, the nearest town.

La Rosiere is situated at 1850 metres on a sunny plateau facing south. From there you can gaze across the valley to Tignes and the Grand Motte in one direction and to La Plagne and the face of the Bellecote in another. Whilst from the top of the fort chairlift you can see Mont Blanc, Monte Rosa and the Matterhorn in a single panorama. There are no other views like it anywhere in the Alps.
