Skiing in La Rosière is a revelation! L'Espace San Bernardo covers an amazing 150 Kilometres of International piste that includes the Italian resort of La Thule. For the more excitable of us there's the prospect of the cheapest Heli-Skiing in Europe on the Ruitor glacier. The off piste skiing in La Rosière is vast and accessible to many with the assistance of a mountain guide and it's the only resort in France able to offer you a helicopter to take you to the top of a mountain. ( heliskiing requires good physical fitness and a reasonable level of skiing to make the most of your day.
