Just returned from the best week of skiing ever with my father. La Rosiere is wonderful the resort is so friendly and hospitable and the skiing was fantastic; thanks to the incredible ski hosting I received I got so much out of each day and my skiing has improved tremendously. With skiing both in La Rosiere and La Thuile there is a tremendous amount and variety of skiing on offer and the novelty of visiting both French and Italian slopes is great. I could write another post of the same length on Emma's cooking but suffice to say after several days we were concerned that the food on our night out might not match what we had become accustomed to. Summary:- Friendly community, beautiful views, excellent food, great transfer service and fantastic ski hosting.

Just back from a fantastic week on the slopes over Christmas. Snow conditions were amazing for this time of the year and everything was open. Slopes were in superb condition all week. We made the most of the San Bernardo area with regular trips to Italy. Slopes were also relatively quiet with virtually no queues.

Le Mouflon was excellent, and this was our second visit to the chalet. Emma, Ryan and Alex are great hosts and lovely folk to spend a week with. The food was superb and Emma even put up with my plain eating requirements.
The Chalet is very cosy with good sized rooms and tasteful decor. Plenty of hot water for long power showers!! The chalet has stunning views across to Les Arcs and beyond. The ski bus stops right outside the chalet and we never waited more than 2 minutes for a bus.

All in all a fantactic holiday. Well done Tracks.

Just a quick note to say how wonderful Emma, Ryan and Matt our stay with Tracks vacations. People tend to be very quick to criticise but not so quick to praise when things are nice so feel it is important for good feedback as well.

We had terrible weather and didn't really get to ski that much but staying in such a nice place made this a lovely holiday nevertheless. They really looked after us very well and helped us whenever possible.

Thanks for your help in arranging everything before going.

I absolutely loved both Le Mouflon and La Rosiere. Le Mouflon was lovely. The chalet was warm and cosy and big enough for
everyone that was there to relax without getting in anyones way. The sauna
was great and much appreciated after a long day in the snow! Emma's cooking
was absolutely fantastic - far better than i had hoped for. Some of her
dishes were spectacularly nice! Unfortunately my skiing ability wasn't good
enough to take advantage of Matts hosting.

La Rosiere was superb. A fantastic recommendation! The pistes were lovely
and quiet, the lifts were free of queues, the ski school was fantastic and
the bars did fantastic vin chaud. For her night off, Emma recommended "Le
Turia" and it was amazing. In fact, i honestly don't think i have a bad
word to say about the trip at all! Everything was fantastic! I have been
recommending La Rosiere to everyone in work who skis (and some who don't!).

I am hoping to come back before the end of the season (being new to skiing i
didn't manage to cover even a fifth of the pistes covered by the lift pass!)
but if i can't make it, i shall definately be back next year!


I had never stayed in a chalet before or visited a ski resort, so had no
idea what to expect but everything was better than i imagined it would be!
